Learn More

The Find Your WHY program is six sessions – three individual one-on-one coaching sessions and three group seminars (facilitated by the coach), which is experienced over a 10-month period of time during the student’s senior year in High School.

There are three themes that follow the student’s learning throughout the
Find Your WHY program:

Learning About You

Every student completes the Myers/Briggs Personality Assessment for their first coaching session. The results are shared with each student individually. New learning with the 5 C’s for building a life with emotional intelligence and meaning is introduced and followed through within the seminars. We begin with a foundation of Character, building pillars of Competence, Consistency and Community, along with a covering of Confidence in communicating about Who they are and effectively communicating with others.

Finding Your WHY

Students are focused around getting to know one another and begin to create a support system with their peers. The students learn to share their own Myers/Briggs story, share their passions, learn about their own personal strengths and understand where they may be stretched or need to grow and develop further.

Building Your Decision-Making Plan.

The students create a decision-making plan focused on how they gather information and how they process that information, in order to make a good and healthy decision. They work on their “WHY” and create a story of who they are and where they want to go. These stories are well timed to support our students for recognition of achievement awards, along with college and scholarship applications. The students work on a “You Board” and their “Mantra” to bring clarity and focus on behalf of their present lives and future hopes and dreams.

Ready To Take The Next Step?

Being willing to learn, grow and develop supports the knowledge our students gain as they determine their career goals, along with building their relationships with family and friends. It is key for our students to understand a strategy as to how to make the best decisions for their lives and future career aspirations. A key element in good decision-making is: “Keep an open mind and open heart.”

Take Action.

The FYW program is created to coach, support and guide seniors on behalf of their current life experiences and future decisions that will impact their life, relationships and career.
