Deanna and Tess are thrilled to offer this opportunity of learning, growing and developing to students. It is an amazing experience and life-changing for every student and their future. It is our pleasure to serve our students and be a part of their amazing lives.
How It All Started
Deanna and her husband Roger own and run Generation Growers, a 5th generation nursery that provides quality plant material for boutique garden centers and nurseries throughout Northern California. Tess began working with Roger and Deanna with her expertise in Executive Leadership Coaching and Consulting on behalf of their team.
For over 10 years…
Deanna and Tess have been engaged in a working and personal friendship. As Deanna was in the midst of raising teenagers, along with her desire to stay involved in their lives – She approached Tess with an idea: The idea was to create a program for seniors in High School that would support them in their present everyday lives and guide them in making future decisions for their college of choice with a focus on their career or support for training in the area of a trade, or for their future employment within a family business. With Deanna’s own personal story and memories of her college of choice and finding her way to her career, she thought a program with a focus on “Finding Your WHY” would be helpful to seniors in High School. Deanna wondered if Tess would be open to training her in coaching and building a new curriculum for Find Your WHY, under the umbrella of Tess Cox & Associates.
Tess agreed to the training and was fully supportive of creating and building a new curriculum with the concept of helping students to “Find Their WHY”.
